Fresh Mark, Inc. is looking for Human Resources Interns for our Canton, Ohio location. We are looking for HR interns interested in performing various tasks to support our HR department’s daily activities. This internship will provide you hands-on experience with recruiting, benefits and training.
HR Intern Responsibilities:
- Updating our internal database with new/current employee information such as benefits, organizational structure, etc.
- Creating/updating forms and other communication material.
- Assisting with training.
- Screening resumes and applications.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with applicants.
- Participate in organizing company events.
Requirements:
- 1 year(s) educational experience and currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university with a focus on Human Resources or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent task management skills.
- High level of motivation and adaptability
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
