Fresh Mark is currently hiring an IT Systems Administrator in Massillon, Ohio. We are a dynamic and innovative organization, seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team. Our goal is to maintain an efficient, secure, and reliable IT infrastructure to support our business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Veeam Backup and Replication solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability of SQL data and server backups. Verify that backups are correctly replicating to third party hosted storage.
- Oversee Zerto Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions, including configuration, testing, and failover procedures. Run quarterly DR tests and troubleshoot sync issues of on-premises servers to third party location.
- Administer VMware environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and virtual machines. Maintain, update, and secure the hosts and the environment.
- Manage and maintain Pure Storage Area Network (SAN) systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Perform updates and manage the replication of data between SANs at different sites.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security, implementing necessary updates and patches for servers on-premises as well as Azure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues with VMware hosts, switches, and Pure SAN.
- Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices for our VMWare and storage network.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to support various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Veeam Backup and Replication, Zerto DR, VMware, and Pure SAN.
- Experience with monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
