In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of production machines and equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Perform repairs and replacements as needed to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production staff to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair to ensure our equipment remains state-of-the-art.
- Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance activities, including schedules, reports, and records.
Requirements:
- A successful candidate will have an Associate degree or 3-5 years' experience in maintenance.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 40lbs., bend, stand, climb, or walk.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
