- Communicating with customers through various channels, including Live-chat and CRM system.
- Handle inquiries, research problems, process transactions, and develop solutions to account related issues.
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years customer care experience at an inbound/outbound call center
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- CRM experience
- Shopify experience preferred
