Brief Description

Fresh Products is a leading manufacturer of odor control products globally. Our growing, family-owned company is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Manager of Marketing to lead the day-to-day execution of all marketing initiatives. We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can problem-solve in real-time, and is passionate about understanding our customers and markets to drive growth across all channels.

This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong operational focus—someone who can streamline processes, enhance team collaboration, and ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with various departments to drive the successful launch of new products, create compelling marketing campaigns, and ensure the successful positioning of our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, new product development, excellent communication and project management skills, and a passion for creative problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

  • Developing unique value propositions, creative and engaging marketing campaigns, and finding new ways to reach and engage target customers.
  • Conduct customer research, gather feedback, and tailor marketing strategies and campaigns to address customer pain points and deliver value.
  • Set clear marketing objectives, analyze market trends and opportunities, and develop actionable plans that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee and contribute to the creation of visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, brochures, product packaging, and online content.
  • Act as the central point of contact between marketing, design, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on campaign and project goals.
  • Drive the team’s ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently by removing roadblocks and optimizing cross-team communication.
  • Support the sales team with tools, resources, and training to enhance effectiveness and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify gaps in marketing support or product lines and address them with actionable solutions.
  • Actively network, establish partnerships, and foster relationships with influencers, customers, and industry stakeholders to support marketing efforts and business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various digital channels, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Plan, organize, and execute tradeshows, conferences, and industry events to showcase products and engage with key customers and prospects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing, product management, and campaign execution.
  • 2 years of B2B experience in innovative product marketing
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, website management, and social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles and experience working with design teams or agencies.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing metrics and using insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Experience in trade show strategy and execution is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
