Job Summary :

This individual will guarantee the delivery of outstanding service to our client with the end goal of building and sustaining long-term relationship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the backup to the Office Manager, providing support in their absence and ensuring seamless office operations

Assist the Office Manager in all administrative duties.

Provides continued high standard of service and communication.

Research data as needed for internal business reviews / meetings.

Performs an ongoing relationship with clients and their local teams.

Leads internal resources to problem solve for issues that have happened in the field.

Serves as liaison between client and sector to ensure all relevant information is communicated.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with strong customer service.

Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Strong computer software skills required, specifically in the areas of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications :

Two-year college degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

Preferred 1-2 years experience in a client service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.

Food & beverage and or client service manager experience.

Excellent communication skills required.

Must be passionate about providing world class service to our clients and customers.
