3rd Shift Coffee Roaster

Fresh Roasted Coffee LLC. is looking for a responsible, motivated, and hard-working individual to add to our ever-growing team as a Coffee Roaster.

This team member will be responsible for learning our coffee roasting process and implementing quality controls to continue the output of exceptional coffee. Our coffee roasters are professionals who specialize in roasting coffee beans to achieve the perfect flavor, texture, and aroma.

Job Details: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Working efficiently with other team members
• Transferring coffee via forklift from inventory area to roasting area
• Operation and light maintenance of the roasting equipment
• Follow coffee production schedules
• Maintaining an accurate database and production information via our computer system
• Maintaining accurate records of the specific types and amounts of roasted coffee for daily production
• Physically able to lift coffee bags over 50lbs
• Completing accurate logs/forms/checklists for daily record-keeping
• Working alongside the QC Team to ensure quality standards are met
• Rolling, sealing, grinding and labeling coffee bags to be shipped from our facility
• Bagging products to be shipped from our facility
• Organizing full shipments to be sent from our facility
• Using a computer to print various labels for products
• Lifting and arranging boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Working comfortably in a fast-paced environment
• Standing for long periods of time
• Complying with food safety regulations
• Maintaining a clean and organized work space
• Willingness to learn about coffee lines

Education/Experience Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Good math and computer skills
• Requires safe forklift operations (training available)
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Strong time management skills
