- Working efficiently with other team members
- Physically able to lift coffee bags over 50lbs
- Completing accurate logs / forms / checklists for daily record-keeping
- Working alongside the QC Team to ensure quality standards are met
- Rolling, sealing, grinding and labeling coffee bags to be shipped from our facility
- Bagging products to be shipped from our facility
- Organizing full shipments to be sent from our facility
- Lifting and arranging boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Working comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Standing for long periods of time
- Complying with food safety regulations
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
