Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Are you energetic, reliable, and looking to be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Join our Fresh Roasted Coffee production team! We're on the lookout for a motivated individual to help us keep things running smoothly as we roast, pack, and ship premium coffee and tea.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborating with a dedicated team to meet daily goals
- Packaging and shipping freshly roasted products
- Bagging, sealing, and labeling coffee bags with care
- Organizing and prepping full shipments
- Keeping your workspace clean and organized
- Maintaining and restocking inventory levels
- Lifting and arranging boxes (up to 35 lbs.)
- Standing for extended periods
- Adhering to food safety protocols
- Willing to learn and assist in different areas through cross-training
