We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Managing Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including commercial spaces, and residential properties. This position requires strong leadership skills, particularly in supervising cleaning staff and ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met consistently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to cleaning protocols.
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning areas to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by addressing any guest or client requests related to cleanliness or maintenance.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained, reporting any shortages or equipment issues.
- Drive company vehicle to and from locations & maintain tire pressure as well as gas.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in hospitality settings is a plus but not required.
