What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping - Housekeeper position at Fresh Start LLC?
Responsibilities:
-Must be available for evening and weekend jobs.
-Partnering with individuals to clean residential or commercial spaces. Flexible schedule and competitive pay. You choose the number of jobs you want based on your schedule and needs. We will provide the jobs and manage the client relationships.
-Perform a variety of cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in recurring homes or commercial spaces.
-Opportunities for additional one-time cleanings for extra money, like move-outs, one-time residential cleanings, and new construction cleans.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in residential settings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members
