We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Labor & Employment Law Attorney to join our team as a Director. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate and expert legal guidance on urgent labor and employment matters, including HR policies, wage and hour laws, employee benefits, labor relations, and employment agreements.
• Quickly and efficiently draft, review, and finalize critical legal documents on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Rapidly assess legal risks and opportunities within the labor and employment sector and provide timely, actionable advice.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in pressing labor-related disputes and grievances.
• Educate clients and stakeholders on policies, procedures, and legal matters to ensure swift compliance.
• Manage administrative functions related to the practice of law, including oversight of legal processes and documentation, with an immediate focus on current needs.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of substantive litigation experience in labor and employment law.
• Proven ability to quickly draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, trust-based client relationships in high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to address urgent legal issues clearly and effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority cases in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
