Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team within the hospitality sector.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are clean and well-maintained.
- Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks in accordance with safety protocols and standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
