The Junior Creative will create and deliver high-quality visual assets that align with Fresh Tape Media’s creative standards and client objectives. This role requires strong design skills, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to multiple projects across various platforms. While primarily focused on graphic design, this position also provides opportunities to support video editing and other creative initiatives, making the designer a valuable asset to the overall team.
Design Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver creative assets for various platforms, including social media, web, and print.
- Assist in developing branding assets for clients, such as mood boards, logos, color and typography.
- Create conceptual layouts for production projects, including storyboards and animatics.
- Prioritize multiple design projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring Fresh Tape Media standards are met with precision and strict attention to detail.
Editing Responsibilities:
- Assist with video editing for the production team.
- Familiarity with animation or motion design.
- Interest and understanding of social media content strategies and trends.
- Collaborate with the creative team during brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh perspectives and ideas.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Foundational knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000/year, commensurate with experience, dependent on location.
