- A strong communicator with a confident phone presence.
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

- Able to build rapport quickly and professionally.
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems.
- Bonus: 1 year of phone experience is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Qualify both inbound and outbound leads seeking help with tax debt.
- Use our CRM to make follow-up calls, send emails/texts, and manage leads.
- Guide potential clients through our onboarding and contract process.
- Use a consultative sales approach to educate and close deals.
- Keep organized records and work efficiently to hit daily and monthly goals.
