As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Working with HOT LEADS - NO COLD CALLING.
- Qualifying outbound and inbound leads to assist in resolving tax debt.
- Diligently following up with clients via outbound calls and communication through our CRM system.
- Demonstrating effective closing skills and employing a consultative sales approach.
- Onboarding new clients and guiding them through our contract.
- Managing the CRM system efficiently to ensure all sales goals are met.
Requirements for this role:
- Highly motivated, self-starting individuals with a mindset geared toward success.
- Articulate, conscious, and communicative.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with customized CRM systems is advantageous.
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday (In-office position).
