What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly/Take Apart Lead Technician position at Fresh Water Systems, Inc?
JOB SUMMARY
The Assembly Tech is responsible for assembling parts and components for products according to specifications provided by the customer or company documentation.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Assembly product for stock utilizing MOQ provided by Operations Staff to ensure appropriate stocking levels and to negate out of stock issues.
• Assembly product to the specifications of customers as directed by Operations Leadership. Give estimates as to the time required to accomplish the task so we can appropriately bill the client for shop hours.
• Assemble product for our Service team to minimize stock outs for service technicians on the road.
• Assist in documenting and updating SOP’s and BOM’s to ensure latest
• Perform administrative requirements, such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc., and submit as required and on a timely basis.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

• Filter welding/Clean room
• Flow restrictor valve building
• Walmart scheduled assemblies
• Ownership of tubing area and restock
• Assemblies and Take Aparts
• Bagging machine
• 5S of Assembly room
• Assist in Documenting and reviewing all processes and procedures
• Training others for coverage
