Job Description
Your Impact to the role:
- Edit ingredients listing and other regulatory documentation.
- Edit and make available international registration documents (China, EU, USA, SEA, etc.) and provide CFS as needed.
- Prepare the regulatory documents required for registrations in China.
- Assist in claim validation for packaging, marketing, and consumer communications.
- Ensure efficient regulatory review of artworks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Carry out regulatory compliance activities throughout the development, marketing, and life of the finished cosmetic product internationally, in compliance with quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental objectives.
- Validate the text and regulatory mentions of packaging in French and English to ensure regulatory compliance of finished products.
- Successfully lead the regulatory aspects of multiple product launches.
- Establish a track record of ensuring regulatory compliance across all markets.
- Demonstrate leadership in driving regulatory strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard
Who You Are
You have:
- 4-7 Years of Experience Required in Regulatory Affairs or related field.
- Strong knowledge of EU/US & Asian Cosmetic Regulations
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with other relevant non-cosmetic regulations (chemistry, packaging, environment, etc.)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite & Cognos.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field (preferred)
- French language preferred (not required)
- Proven Project Management Skills
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Proactively make recommendations on process improvement and new ways of working
- Ambition to learn more, with a curious mindset
