CONTROLLER

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Controller to manage accounting functions and oversee treasury activities. This key role will involve managing financial reporting, cash management & forecasting, and financial compliance, ensuring the company's financial integrity while supporting leadership in making strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with accounting principles.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing process.
• Manage banking relationships and optimize financing and investment strategies.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure the accuracy of cash forecasts and budgets.
• Direct cash flow management, accounts payable / receivable and treasury functions to ensure financial stability.
• Coordinate and manage external audits and work closely with auditors to ensure accurate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax filings and accounting standards.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls.
• Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of financial excellence.

SALARY RANGE $120,520-$150,650
