Brief Description
The Shipping Order Completion Assistant will pick, pack, and load customer orders.
Responsibilities and Working Conditions:
Pick/Pack/Load in busy production area. Transfer finished products and boxes from Shipping sorter to truck. Scan labels on packages, load packaging machines with boats, and label packages with printed labels. Check out your scanner at the beginning of the shift using your employee ID and ensure to return it after your shift is completed. Always follow the SOPs (Standard Operational Procedures) for the department. Spot check packages emerging from machinery for correct labeling. Operates any equipment needed to perform job. Apply knowledge of processes involved, production methods, and products to the nuances of everyday operation. Assist in shut down procedures. Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals, loud noises, flashing lights. Constant exposure to temperatures: <-10 degrees Fahrenheit (freezing), 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit (refrigerators)Ability to work in a wet and cold environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule including AM/PM shift, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, pump pallet jacks. Ability to work in other areas of the business as needed.

The Shipping Order Completion Assistant will pick, pack, and load customer orders.
Responsibilities and Working Conditions:
- Must be able to work a shift of 8 – 12 hours a day.
- Must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday
- Must be flexible to work an overnight/early morning shift.
- Must be able to stand for majority of your shift.
- Must be able to perform twisting, turning and bending.
- Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) lbs.
- Must wear non-slip resistant shoes.
- Ability to apply knowledge of processes involved, production methods, and products to the nuances of everyday operation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Must embody and demonstrate company values and culture.
