Opportunity to execute and improve the following areas:
- In this role the successful candidate will become responsible to vouch and code invoices to appropriate General Ledger account.
- Efficiently process checks and ACH
- Manage vendor accounts for credit updates, account resolutions, and new vendors
- Proactively assist procurement staff with invoice reconciliation
- Actively review bank positive pay
Competencies, Education, and Skills to be Successful:
- A minimum of two-year accounting degree or similar experience.
- Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and common E Mail systems.
- Valid identification or driver’s license (if appropriate).
