Client Services Representative
Freshlunches (www.freshlunches.com) is a leader in providing delicious meals made with local and sustainable ingredients to schools. We work with schools and families to provide healthy and all-natural gourmet meals. We are seeking a highly motivated, customer oriented Client Services Representative who can contribute to making our services a first-rate experience. Our position requires exceptional interpersonal, client management and organizational skills. The position's responsibilities include:
· Supports the Company’s philosophy of building excellence and providing excellent customer service
· Provide effective and timely resolution of a range of inquiries and placing appropriate levels of urgency on each contact
· Recognize and diffuse customer issues in a patient, professional and courteous manner
· Display a consistently positive, professional and cooperative tone with a strong commitment to quality service
· Proactively build client satisfaction and loyalty
· Provide detailed step-by-step instructions to customers concerning website navigation and browsing, order statuses, and tracking/payment issues
· Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
· Analyze and add insight to data collected from customer contacts, trends, orders, etc.
· Consult with service, kitchen, and office personnel to identify and define business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, and problems
· Assist with Administrative Tasks
· Perform Errands and Runs as Needed to Support Operations
· Perform some billing activities
· Participate in marketing activates
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related reports in a timely manner
· Analyze the feasibility/requirements for new processes and enhancements to existing systems
The qualities that we are seeking and which make you successful at this position are:
· Four year college degree
· Highly organized and detail oriented
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with an innate desire for follow up and follow through
· Able to easily learn processes and retain information
· Problem solver with the ability to view issues from multiple perspectives and determine appropriate solutions
· Professional demeanor
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Interest in Sales and Marketing
· Foodie a plus
