Key Responsibilities
• Pulling and Packing: Accurately pull and pack product based on daily orders, ensuring all counts, documents, and labeling are accurate
• Inventory Management: Restock inventory as needed and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Order Fulfillment: Meet specific customer order requirements in a timely manner
• Quality Control: Monitor product quality frequently and report any problems to mitigate safety issues
• Maintaining Equipment: Operate various pieces of equipment and report any mechanical problems
• Continuous Improvement: Utilize a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities to improve processes and assist in implementing changes
• Safety Practices: Follow good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices to maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and reach, with a maximum weight lift of 50lbs
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are required
