Job Purpose:

As a Warehouse Associate Level I, you will be responsible for performing various tasks within the warehouse environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to a safe and organized workspace.

Primary Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

· Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of items against packing lists.

· Inspect received goods for damages or discrepancies and report any issues to the supervisor.

· Accurately pick products based on customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.

· Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipping, ensuring compliance with packaging guidelines.

· Unload and organize incoming inventory in designated storage areas.

· Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counting and reconciliation.

· Prepare shipping documents and labels for outgoing orders.

· Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

· Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

· Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions.

· Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

· Dispose of packaging materials and maintain a clutter-free work environment.

· Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

· Report any safety concerns or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

· Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors.

· Report any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Bilingual a plus

· Minimum 1-year previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.

· Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

· Forklift Certification is a plus, or be willing to be forklift certified within 60 days of hire

· Basic computer skills for data entry and order processing.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Process to Full Autonomy (60-180 days):

1. Level 1: Follow Instructions

2. Level 2: Research and Report to manager

3. Level 3: Ideate, Research and Recommend to manager

4. Level 4: Recommend, Implement and Report with manager input

5. Level 5: Act Independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
