Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our production, shipping, and sanitation teams across multiple shifts. The successful candidate will oversee efficient operations, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Manage Production Superintendents to execute production schedules efficiently
- Conduct daily production meetings to align leadership and manage exceptions
- Create deadlines and schedules, communicating changes/deviations to key groups
- Optimize training and development programs to foster continual learning within the team
