What You Will Do

Freshpet looking for a Pet Insight & Advocate Analyst to join our Pet Parent Insights & Analytics team within the Marketing group. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will play a critical role within the team and broader Freshpet commercial organization. You will work closely with the Senior Director to launch and analyze research studies, partner with 3rd party vendors to grow organization category and consumer trend currency, and lead pet advocacy programs, events, and relationships.

As our Pet Insight & Advocate Analyst, you will ...

• Support the strategic insight and analytic initiatives to help guide company and brand directions
• Lead the development, programming, and analyzing of DIY research initiatives
• Lead the analysis and visual presentation of 3rd party research
• Cultivate a dynamic consumer-centric culture at Freshpet
• Create an enduring pet advocacy platform by developing and owning programs, events, and sponsorships with animal welfare organizations
• Direct creative development for presentations to the bring pets and their parents to life in a meaningful, engaging way
• Taskmaster of the insight and analytics project queue

What You Will Bring

• Under 1 year of experience in data analysis, consumer research, or related role
• First-hand experience with the pet food category
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
• Lively speaker and ability to present to others
• Background in graphic design
• Degree in social sciences or business (psychology, sociology, anthropology, market research, or marketing)
