The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging content, fostering brand loyalty, and driving measurable results through social media and influencer partnerships. We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Associate – Social and Influencer with 2-3 years of experience managing social media and influencer marketing for a brand or company. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging content, fostering brand loyalty, and driving measurable results through social media and influencer partnerships. This role will focus on enhancing brand visibility, audience growth, and engagement across platforms.
How You Will Make An Impact
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the brand's objectives and voice.
- Create, schedule, and publish compelling content (images, videos, copy) across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor trends and adapt strategies to stay relevant and innovative.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually appealing and on-brand content.
- Curate user-generated content and amplify authentic brand stories.
- Write engaging, platform-specific copy to drive interactions and conversions.
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, authentic manner.
- Foster a vibrant and positive online community.
- Coordinate campaigns with Influencer Agency, ensuring clear communication, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Support in all aspects of the campaign process by drafting campaign briefs, identify, vet and select influencers that align with the brand's values, target audience and campaign objectives, manage content approvals, publishing and coordination of paid boosting between partners.
- Drive creative strategy by brainstorming new campaign ideas that take advantage of brand objectives with emerging trends or platform features.
- Manage intake of user generated content through Agency platform, requesting rights for Company’s marketing use.
- Handle Product Seeding to all partners (influencer or celebrity).
- Support internal team on additional partnership opportunities with celebrities or brands.
- Track performance metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, reach, conversions) and analyze results to optimize strategies.
- Generate quarterly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze influencer performance to maximize ROI organically and through paid boosting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor strategies.
- Propose innovative ideas and experiments to elevate the brand's presence.
- Creativity: A knack for storytelling, design sensibility, and generating fresh content ideas.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align social media efforts and influencer campaigns with broader business goals.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
- Adaptability: Quick to pivot strategies based on platform changes or audience feedback.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Social Media Platforms, Social Media Software, web-based platforms, and other platform-specific analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional social media and influencer management experience for a brand or company.
- Proven experience in social media and influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with paid social campaigns and tools is a plus.
- Must be able to commute to Bedminster, NJ, with the ability to work in-office two days a week. Ability to travel 5-10%, if needed.
- As of June 2025, our new headquarters in Bedminster will include many employee amenities, a doggie daycare, and grooming for all pups. Dogs welcome!
