The starting pay rate for this position is $19.00/hour.
FreshRealm is looking for one Shipping Admin Associates whose responsibilities include always ensuring a safe and efficient environment while driving an error-free customer order processing process, which includes staging, fulfillment, order allocation, loading, and label & documentation accuracy. while following FreshRealm Policies and Procedures which include Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety, Quality, and Food Safety Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage locations. Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas
Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
Report quality variances
Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards
Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a Stand-Up Forklift, pallet jack, or other power equipment
Use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, put away, and load functions, as required
Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
QualificationsSkills and Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be willing and able to work in a refrigerated environment (10°-40°)
Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
6 months experience in manufacturing environment preferred
Heavy inventory environment preferred Intermediate Excel experience is a must and working with numbers, basic adding
