What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in tax relief assistance;
- Ask qualifying questions to understand their situation and determine eligibility;
- Provide a friendly and professional first impression;
- Maintain accurate notes and call logs in our CRM system;
- Work closely with the sales team to support overall performance and team goals;
- A positive, outgoing attitude and strong work ethic;
- Great communication and listening skills;
- Confidence on the phone and ability to build rapport quickly;
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment;
- No sales experience required—just a desire to succeed;
- Basic computer skills and comfort navigating software tools;
