Inside Sales Representative

About the Role: We’re looking for driven and motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients seeking solutions for their tax challenges. You’ll guide them through a consultative sales process—listening to their needs, reviewing financial information, and enrolling them into personalized resolution programs. Compensation: We offer uncapped earning potential—your income is directly tied to your performance. Top performers regularly earn over $150,000 annually.

• Base Pay: $17/hour (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)
• Average Monthly Commission: $8,000 – $15,000
• Total Potential Earnings: $75,000 – $200,000 annually
• No commission cap – top performers earn more
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Conduct discovery calls and understand client goals
• Review financial data and recommend solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle (inbound/outbound calls, follow-ups, enrollments)
• Clearly explain services and support clients with confidence
• Keep detailed notes in CRM
  
  

What You Bring

• Strong communication and people skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to simplify complex topics and build trust
• Experience in sales or call center environment is a plus
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools
