About The Role

You’ll conduct in-depth discovery calls, assess financial information, and help clients enroll into personalized tax resolution programs that fit their needs.

Compensation & Earnings Potential
- Base Pay: $17/hour (Full-Time, 40 hours per week).
- Average Monthly Commission: $8,000 - $15,000.
- Total Potential Earnings: $75,000 - $200,000 annually.
- No Commission Cap - the more you sell, the more you earn.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand each client’s financial goals and tax situation.
- Analyze client documents and recommend appropriate tax resolution solutions.
- Manage the full sales process: inbound/outbound calls, follow-ups, and program enrollments.
- Communicate services clearly and confidently to help clients feel informed and supported.
- Maintain accurate records and case updates within the CRM system.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and build rapport with clients.
- Sales or call center experience is a plus.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
