We clean short-term vacation rentals, residential, and commercial properties.

Schedule

Because we service vacation rentals, weekend cleaning/turnovers are common. During the week and on weekends, our cleaning workday is generally around 9am-5pm, but sometimes those hours may be extended. We have commercial accounts for those who prefer to work evenings as well. We can work with a range of availability scenarios, but please note we do expect staff to work a rotating weekend. The critical thing for us is consistent availability, and dependability to show up for your scheduled times.

• FreshTrippin is closed and staff does not work on the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and Easter.
• Candidates must have both weekday and weekend availability.
• For this specific roll, we are looking for someone who can alternate weeks as follows: Monday-Friday one week, and Monday-Wednesday plus Friday and Sunday the following week.

Compensation

• Hourly rate for this position starts at $20/hour with the potential of up to $24/hr based on experience and performance.
• This job included paid training, training rate will be slightly lower than your hired hourly rate once training is finished
• Regular pay increases based on performance (not seniority)
• Bi-weekly pay schedule
• Commissions on referrals

Responsibilities

• Cleaning in and around residences, vacation rentals, or office buildings.
• Transports linens to and from vacation rentals
• Use of our field service management smartphone app for scheduling, job details, and communication regarding properties/tasks.
• Performs additional duties as needed.

• Can consistently deliver 5-star guest reviews on cleaning for our clients.
• Can find “fun” in the process of cleaning

• Must have smartphone, with the ability to interact with scheduling app

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience required
• Valid driver’s license & a reliably vehicle every day, even in the winter
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to provide a minimum of 3 professional references
