This position is for a commercial cleaning lead in the Traverse City area of Northern Michigan.
SCHEDULE
The schedule for this position is 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, in and around Traverse City, MI.
Second shift work, with average shift hours from 3PM to 10PM each day. Start time is flexible.
Some weekend and holiday shifts are required as needed, however FreshTrippin is CLOSED and staff does not work on the following holidays:
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
- New Years Day
COMPENSATION
- $20 to $22.50 per hour based on experience
- This job included paid training, training rate will be slightly lower than your hired hourly rate once training is finished
- Bi-weekly pay schedule
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning in and around businesses including places like doctors offices, title agencies, stores, schools, common areas of apartment complexes, restaurants and more
- Oversee and check the work of other commercial cleaning employees to ensure quality
- Use of our field service management smartphone app for scheduling, job details, and communication regarding properties/tasks
- Performs additional duties at properties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Finds enjoyment or satisfaction in the process of cleaning
- Ability to work independently
- Clear and consistent communication
- Self motivated and efficient in terms of time management
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Must have smartphone, with the ability to interact with scheduling app
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (minimum of 1 year)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable vehicle transportation with valid insurance and license plate required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to provide 3 (three) professional references
