Short-Term Rental Specialist in Marine City, MI (BWB)

We are looking for a cleaner to take care of a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom vacation rental/cottage on the St. Clair River in Marine City, MI.

We are looking for someone who is:

1. Able to clean meticulously and quickly, as you need to in an upscale hotel environment.

2. Hard-working

3. Trust-worthy

4. Flexible at times with their work hours, yet are able to adhere to a schedule (normally a 5-8 hour block of time)

5. Reliable (transportation and timeliness is a must)

The position requires cleaning one 2 bedroom-2 bathroom cottage, at the level you would find in an upscale hotel.

We require 3 layers of cleaning (initial cleaning, disinfecting and staging).

The home must be thoroughly cleaned between each guest. Minor repairs (or at least noting them) may also be required.

The $110/clean = $22/hour for 5 hours of cleaning.
