Entry-Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team and other entry-level Account Managers by attending weekly meetings and contributing to ways to boost sales performance and enhance customer service
- Develop client relationships with new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring all needs are met
- Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, providing personalized solutions to any questions, concerns, or problems they may have
- Present products and services, and educate clients on how they can improve our their daily lives
- Record sales transactions and client interactions to accurately track sales performance and client retention
- Mentor other entry-level Account Managers on improving sales techniques and customer service skills, working towards a management role
Entry-Level Account Manager Qualifications:
- Desire to grow from an entry-level position into a Management role
- Experience as an Account Manager in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to meet goals individually and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
