Job Description:
As a Customer Service & Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities for our Customer Service & Sales Assistant:
- Directly engage with potential and existing customers within the assigned area, all while promoting our clients’ products and services
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and personalized support
- As a Customer Service & Sales Assistant you should meet or exceed sales goals consistently
- Manage client account details, including contracts, billing, and service agreements
- Assist clients with onboarding, account setup, and training on our products/services
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services or products
- Troubleshoot any client complaints or concerns with professionalism and a focus on resolution
Qualification for our Customer Service & Sales Assistant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, sales or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in either a customer service or sales role (or a related field)
- Self motivated and willing to work both in a team and independently
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, sales or customer service position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
