We are currently looking for Entry Level Direct Customer Representatives to join our team.
A Direct Customer Service Representative Will :
- Receive hands-on training and development
- Work directly with customers through in-person interactions
- Become an expert on client products and services
- Answer all customer questions
- Build outstanding customer relationships
- Close customer sales when necessary
- Upsell products and services
- Resolve customer concerns
- Follow all client compliance guidelines
- Keep a detailed record of customer interactions
