Job Summary
The Fresno Catholic School System (FCSS) is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic candidate for the position of Social Media and Digital Marketing Associate. The Social Media and Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across various digital platforms to promote the programs and values of FCSS. This includes creating engaging content, managing social media communities, running targeted ad campaigns, and analyzing data to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. The role supports marketing efforts across multiple school campuses, with a strong focus on social media management, content creation, and performance analysis.
This is a full-time, hourly, 12-month position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote, through advertising, social media, video content, and other marketing efforts, the programs, values, and market differentiators of San Joaquin Memorial High School and Holy Cross Junior High.
- Support the marketing efforts of St. Helen and St. Anthony Elementary Schools
- Write, design, and create the schools marketing content, including copy, video, photography, and image-creation for various platforms and publications
- Track and utilize performance data (website, ads, etc.) to inform and guide strategies and efforts
- Contribute to and support production of marketing, admission, and development publications and collateral
- Maintain a campus presence and relationships to take photos and gather stories/interviews for social media, newsletters, and blogs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of the basic teachings of the Catholic Church
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field preferred
- Exceptional writing skills required
- Computer-based design and social media experience required
- Photography and videography skills preferred
- Intuitive relationship-building skills and personal flexibility
- Strong attention to detail and level of accuracy.
· Ability to interact professionally with students, parents, faculty, staff, administration and all stakeholders.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding school matters.
· Ability to serve as a professional ambassador and representative of the school.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
