In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service, under the direct supervision, to residents and the general public while performing eligibility and property management duties such as collecting rent payments, reviewing resident files for compliance, preparing annual certification packets, and participating in the admissions process. In addition, you will also perform bookkeeping, including posting data to appropriate accounts consistent with internal controls and established procedures as well as prepare and maintain logs and files for delinquent accounts and processes invoices to ensure timely payment.
The ideal candidate for this position will have two years of housing, social service, or general office experience in a similar agency involving a high volume of public contact and a High School diploma or possession of a certificate of equivalent High School Achievement (GED). This position also requires possession and maintenance of a valid California Driver’s License. The current opening is located in Mendota, CA.
Salary : $49,187 - $59,787
