In this position, you will provide analysis and support in structuring public and private financing to support rehabilitation, new construction and capital projects, lead initial project feasibility and design, operations, investments, plan check and permit issuance, and provide guidance in coordinating with architects and consultants on entitlements.
You will also prepare and submit Placed-In Service packages for completed Low-Income Housing Tax Credit developments to Tax Credit Allocation Committee, review and provide guidance for the submission of periodic reports and budget closeout documents, audit program contract amendments and other documents to ensure program compliance and maintain the system that records, processes and tracks change orders and submittals.
The ideal candidate for this position has strong analytical and communication skills and collaborates well with project partners as well as team members. Qualified candidates will possess at least five years of experience in real estate development, finance, grant writing, budget management, financial analysis, or urban development and Bachelor's Degree in business administration, real estate, urban planning, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience is also considered qualifying. This position also requires possession and maintenance a valid California Driver’s License.
