Position Summary
The Seminary Major Gift Officer will play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of the Seminary by joining the university's dynamic advancement team and actively engaging in the life and community of the Seminary. This individual will leverage the extensive resources of the university to build and nurture relationships with supporting churches, businesses, alumni, and other donors. Through strategic fundraising efforts, they will expand the Seminary's capacity to provide additional financial aid for students pursuing ministry degrees and secure resources for Seminary scholarships and programs.
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the future of ministry leaders while contributing to a vibrant, faith-centered community. Fully grant-funded through December 31, 2026, this role will transition to university funding thereafter, ensuring long-term stability and growth for this vital mission.

the annual salary for this role and reflects what Fresno Pacific University
reasonably expects to pay for this position.
Actual compensation may vary based on the qualifications, experience,
and internal equity. In addition to
compensation, FPU offers a competitive benefits package.
