The Manager, Grounds and Landscape Services will be accountable for improving student achievement through the effective management of department employees and grounds and landscape maintenance at all District sites; plan, organize, control and coordinate the activities and operations of the Grounds and Landscape Division within the Plant Operations Department; coordinate assigned activities with other divisions, outside agencies and the general public; provide highly responsible and complex staff assistance to the assigned supervisor; ensure compliance with applicable federal, State and local laws, rules and regulations; supervise, provide clear work direction and evaluate the performance of assigned staff to provide timely delivery of high quality services.
