License/Credential or Skills
Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and four years increasingly responsible experience in a large food service operation.
Completion of Nutrition and Menu Planning.
Valid Food Handler's card issued by Fresno County Sanitation Department.
Valid Food Safety Certificate required.
Valid California driver's license.
