Responsibilities :
- Aid Senior Manufacturing Engineers for electrochemical cell fabrication equipment and processes.
- Aid Senior Manufacturing Engineers with module and pack assembly process.
- Participate in technology improvements and represent the plant's interests in process design and equipment design & function.
- Assist or create requirements, quality, instruction, and other documentation for areas of assigned responsibilities.
- Develops manufacturing process by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors to deliver solutions.
- Be able to communicate and coordinate efficiently and clearly with all stakeholders.
- Be able to present project results to peers and senior level leadership.
