Responsibilities :
Responsibility for the HR marketing presence in the US in close coordination with the global Employer Branding teamMaintain relationship with University key schools and all corresponding eventsFirst point of contact for universities / colleges, professional associations, service providers and corporate communications for local HR marketing measuresDevelopment of creative in-house events to get our target groups excited about FreudenbergMaintaining and monitoring social media company profiles and evaluation platforms (e.g. Glassdoor, Indeed etc.)Networking and coordination with HR colleagues from different Business Groups for exchange of information, and development of joint measuresDraft marketing communications, including promotional publications, presentations, advertisements, or brochuresOrganize special marketing events that are designed to build employer brand awarenessMember of the global Employer Branding CommunityQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field is required5 years' work experience in HR Marketing, Employer Branding or Event Planning is requiredAbility to work independently and internationally is requiredCreative, solution-orientedStrong experience in social media platforms is preferredConvincing personality with the willingness to collaborate and influence othersExcellent collaboration, facilitation, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced environmentGoal oriented / self-motivated.
