Responsibilities :
Supervises Quality Management ensuring the ISO 9001 certification process
To control the execution of the quality policy through compliance with standards, procedures and instructions in each of the production and administrative processes. Maintain Quality policies and objectives at all times
Ensure the follow-up of certifications and external / internal audits, in addition to generating the appropriate action plans for their compliance
Participates in the development of work instructions, processes and systems
Participates in the development of local suppliers in conjunction with the purchasing area
Maintain the KPIs of the area and manage its corrective actions when there are deviations
Verify deviations from customer complaints, identifying opportunities for improvement
Implement the Global specifications that come from the corporate (Guarantee the improvement plans in the organization)
Manage and lead the reports of Self-Inspection in the plant, acceptance tests, administration of the measuring devices, etc.
Manage customer complaints according to procedure
Analyze and evaluate non-conforming quality deviations (processes or products), in order to find the root cause of them and decide on appropriate corrective actions.
Attend to and resolve with the multidisciplinary team the complaints of non-quality of the customers regarding the deviations observed in the product specifications.
Stop any unsafe conditions or situations that you are aware of, explaining the possible risk that you detect.
Limit the process of any activity you perform if you become aware of any defect in the product / service that may result in a consequence for the Integrated Management System for EagleBurgmann.
Qualifications :
Master's in Industrial, Mechanical or related Engineer.
Minimum experience of 4 years in leadership positions in Quality Management
Advanced knowledge in quality tools and continuous improvement.
Experience in coordinating work teams.
Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills
Ability to deal with complex and high-pressure situations.
Experience in the implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management System is indispensable
Knowledge in the field of auditing management systems
Knowledge of machining-assembly processes and interpretation of product
drawings
PREFERABLY with QMR Certification (Quality Management Representative)
Preferred with a valid auditors certificate
