Responsibilities :
- Technical expert for all automation / electrical projects - both internally and externally.
- Drive production automation projects - bringing latest technology into factory.
- Host project meetings on regular basis with project teams and managers.
- Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.
- Coordinate project needs with vendors and suppliers.
- Development of outside automation resources and contractors.
- Provide feedback, advice, project updates, and encouragement to project team members.
- Communicate promptly with all relevant stakeholders if timeline or cost associated with project deviates from approved plan.
- Provide engineering expertise and support to production site as required.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
