Manufacturing Engineer I
Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, development, and qualification of manufacturing processes improvements.
- Deploy GROWTTH® tools to create simple, robust, and innovative manufacturing processes for new and sustaining products
- Create and maintain quality system documentation such as process failure mode effects analysis, process flow charts, process validation plans, validation protocols, manufacturing procedures, etc.
- Supports the development and use of all production and control related processes and documentation including APQP, Control Plans, Qualification Plans, Engineering Change, Deviations, Corrective and Preventative Actions, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, FAI, DFMA, and SPC tools.
- Identify and establish new processes and technologies necessary to achieve best cost targets.
- Provide coaching, and guidance regarding project tasks to other engineers, designers, technicians and associates.
- Bachlors Degree in Technical Discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics or Biomedical).
- 1 - 3 years relevant industry experience in manufacturing regulated industry environment.
- Knowledge/experience of validation techniques & applications (IQ/OQ/PQ, TMVs etc.), associated regulatory requirements and statistical data analysis.
- Demonstrate a motivated & flexible approach to work with results-oriented attitude. Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage complex technical projects to strict deadlines through appropriate Project Management methods and tools (PMBOK methods). Project Management and Six Sigma qualifications will be a distinct advantage.
- Influential and motivated team member. Actively promotes and leads cross -functional teamwork environment. Provides technical guidance & mentorship of technicians.
- Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Data Analysis and Project Management experience – Highly Desirable.
