QUALITY TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities
- Verifies parts, quantities, and labels for completion of Inspection Boards (must be able to navigate EWM and QSI test plans)
- Verifies inspection boards with BOM’s and updating boards with appropriate changes as necessary (must be able to navigate SAP)
- Performs dimension checks on parts and related activities, as necessary.
- Performs audits of bulk items upon receipt (must be able to read test plans in QSI and navigate EWM/ERP simultaneously)
- Stock checks/containment
- Analyze return material from customers. (coordination with CSR/ERP and EWM)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of QA procedures, product lines, blueprint reading, SPC and control plans are a plus
- 6 months previous experience use measuring tools including calipers required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good math skills required
