WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Responsibilities
- Work with the Supply Chain Manager and the HSE Manager to ensure a safe work environment.
- Train associates (production and warehouse) in the cycle count process and inventory transactions.
- Audit outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and identify potential discrepancies.
- Problem solve the root cause of inventory errors.
- Engage actively in inventory preparation and participate fully during inventory counts.
- Ensure 5S throughout the warehouse.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Flexibility and capability to work various shifts, with the current shift being from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm
- Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.
